Timothy had to ask several times before I understood what he meant when he told me he wanted a peanut butter & Jelly in a tanglerec (shape).

I have such adorable, creative,& stubborn children....share the frustration, the cuteness, the highly imaginative ramblings and the gritty reality of our day to day life, well...not all of it. I am,afterall, hoping to retain people's good opinion. : ) PS. Warning! If grammar and spelling errors bother you.....I expect most of this to be stream of conscience type writing-and my spelling could be described as creative, or occasionally hopeful.

Was he saying a triangle shape, meaning cut the bread diagonally? That is the way I like my sandwiches cut, not from top to bottom.

Yes, you are correct.
After I wrote it down I saw how obvious it is. But when he said it that way out of nowhere, in his little Timmy voice, it was a little confusing!
