i dunno...i can get myself pretty down in the dumps...but i guess i try to remember that there is a reason for everything. and i truly believe that.

if you want, watch the movies on you tube about Jonny Kennedy, a man who had a horrible genetic skin disease. its a sad story but he was inspirational on his view of life. one of the things that stood out to me was that he said, "death is a freedom, life is a lesson." Morbid, but if you look at it for what it is, its pretty amazing. and it would explain all the pain that we have in life.

This probably wouldn't be helpful to you, but i usually remind myself that i have one life to live, no retries and it's not an audition for an afterlife, so if i'm not happy I need to take action to correct it. That gets me at least brainstorming for approaches to the problem.
For regular crappy days where people are just being jerks to you or whatever, I look at pictures of kitties and stuff. Here's some cute articles and stuff:
