the kids are still making messes

A couple days ago we had one of those days. I was feeling lousy and it was one thing after another with the kids getting into things!

Here's a picture of Timothy after he got into a container of yogurt. Apparently he couldn't wait for me to open it and dug in himself. Luckily for me he had already spilled something on his shirt so at least that wasn't covered in yogurt too.

Then later at night while I was in the shower Justin and Timothy started to paint. Tom had left the paint bucket in the kitchen, covered with a plastic bag. One of the kids had dropped something in the paint and that made the plastic bag fall into the paint. Tom had to clean the kitchen floor and both boys. Justin unfortunately was wearing a new sweater, so Tom was scrubbing away at that, trying to get the paint off. It made me feel a little better because for once Tom got to see how easily they get into stuff. One minute they're nicely playing, the next, they're decorating your house with paint!
