Death of a bannana
I found this through a link on Jamie's blog. Interesting. I was just reading the other day that bannanas are a good food to help keep your bones strong. Something about the potassium helping with calcium. Kiwis are good for that too.

huh. it's cool that you actually saw that! it's google "reader" and if you ever get a chance you should check it out...you can subscribe to blogs and websites and get updates in one place when there are new posts. then you can "share" the posts and any of your friends on gmail can see them...pretty neat! (i hope that made sense!)
