I really needed to see this post on choosing how you react when life gets crappy. I am definitely not there yet. In her shoes I would have sulked, not blamed anyone, but I would have been in a bad mood for a while afterwards.

Looking at the humorous side of things definitely does help you get through the stresses of life. So does getting silly and laughing like crazy on your bed with your family......
Did you read it? That wasn't really the point of this post, although yes humor helps too. This was about making a choice to either continue the negativity or to let it go.
What do you think getting silly is? You don't realize that that is a choice also?
Hey Sajmom, I'm glad you liked the post. In the future, though, can you just post an excerpt and a linkback? Keeping control over where my content ends up is important to me (and also important to search engines, so I hear). Thanks!
My apologies. I occasionally repost the entire article when I particularly like it but think people may not click on the link and read it. I've found that often if you only link people don't take the time to go read. So it actually was a compliment!! (my blog's mainly family readers, I'm always clear that it's not my work, I linked to the post and put your name and the blog's name. I'm not trying to steal material!!) Again, I'm sorry, I'll remove it.
