Pumpkin Patch
Yesterday we tried to see Maree's soccer game-except we never made it. It was in NJ and Korinna's directions were, well, wrong. (Naturally they included the words "You can't miss it.")Tom was really angry cause we wasted about $20 in gas getting to NJ and driving around looking for the game. And Korinna was mad because we didn't show up. She kept insisting her directions were correct; even though they almost called the game because about half the team couldn't find the field either! It wasn't the biggest loss ever for me or Tom- to be honest we weren't looking all that much forward to standing out in the cold, but Leanna was all excited to watch a soccer game. And we got up early and I got everyone ready.........and Tom was just really angry about driving all over and then having Korinna be mad at him. So we picked Maree' up and decided to go to Seiple Farm a day early.
It was cold, especially in the wind. Tom repeatedly said, "This is why I don't like coming here, it's too cold. Why can't we do this when it's warm?" Unfortunately that would defeat the whole purpose of going to the pumpkin patch if we did it when it's warm out. Aside from the cold it was a lot of fun. We did one ride for the kids, and we looked at the animals, they went through the straw maze, and took a hayride to the Pumpkin Patch. And you know we love all the photo opportunities!
